Sweet Sixteen Party

Okay, so here is how the party went:

We arrived at a photography place, where we got single, and group shots of all the girls. There was 8 of us. We finished early, so we walked around fashion island in our formals. What an embarrassment! People kept staring at us, and some asked what the special occasion was. We said, "Oh, it's our friends birthday," which didn't sound like much of an excuse. I was starving, because I had forgotten to eat lunch. Finally, we went to the restaurant. I was so hungry, but I couldn't figure out how I was going to eat in the tight dress. I could barely sit. I was starting to get a headache. The food finally came and it was sooo good! I got a "skirt steak." It was thin and juicy, and it came with really thin french fries and the biggest piece of broccoli I ever saw. I didn't want to stop eating because it was so good, but I was getting ill. I had the worst headache and now I was starting to feel nauseous. I was so uncomfortable, and I just wanted to get out of that tight dress. It was jamming into my sides. On the way to the hotel, I took an advil. We went inside, and the room was like a suite. I ran into the bathroom and got outa that dang dress as fast as I could unzip. I started feeling a little better after that. Then, all the girls went to the jacuzzi. When we got back to the hotel, we all got on our pajamas and had some birthday cake and chocolate fondue with strawberries, bananas, preztels, and the works. I love chocolate. After that, we all squeezed onto the couch and watched John Tucker Must Die until midnight. Then we went to bed. My friend Tori and I slept on the sofa couch and the rest slept in the bedroom. We woke up, and had cinnamon rolls, egg casserole, and orange juice for breakfast. Then, we were all handed goodie bags, which had Mary Kay cosmetics in them. They consisted of mascara, lip gloss, eyelash curlers, nailpolish, and eye-makeup removers. They were samples, but still, I think that is a pretty sweet goodie bag. After that, we went home.

More Disneyland!

My mom and I went to Disneyland on Thursday with my mia-maid advisor, Sister Tuverson, and her two little girls, Brinley and Malia.

I got to go on my two favorite rides, Tower of Terror and California Screamin', while mom practiced being a grandma by babysitting the kids.

Uncle Chris

Today, I was working on my drivers ed, when I suddenly hear what sounds like millions of skittles falling from the sky on our tile floor. I walked downstairs to find Chris picking up ibuprofens skattered EVERYWHERE. It was quite a sight.

My Latest Creations

This is the card I made for the sweet sixteen party I am going to on Friday.
